From the Beginning...
As we near the end of our lengthy renovation process, it seems fitting to look back at the evolution of the academy from the beginning until now. When Daniel opened Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy CT more than five years ago, he started with just twenty mats in a tiny room. As it grew, walls were knocked down, a cage was obtained, and improvements were made. Now we've grown even more, made huge changes in the appearance of the entire academy, and added lots of equipment for our students to use. This weekend, a lot of time was spent organizing the conditioning area, and we're not done! But prior to adding some finishing touches (and more seating for parents!), we'd like to share our progress thus far.
