Youth Competition Class

Due to popular demand, our Friday night youth class (4:30 - 5:30) is being replaced with a youth competition class, effective immediately. This will be a faster-paced No-Gi session that focuses on submission chaining and advanced techniques. It will be also involve more rolling, compared to other classes. If your son or daughter competes or is interested in competing, this class is for them. Students who don’t share this interest are still welcome to attend, but the focus will be on intermediate and advanced students.
