Spinning Arm Bar
Starting with your opponent in guard, use your left hand to grab his same-side tricep.
Use your right hand to reach under his same-side thigh, with your palm facing up.
Lift both legs toward the ceiling, lift your head and upper back off the mats, and pivot your body to your right.
Swing your left leg over his neck, applying downward pressure.
DO NOT let go of his tricep.
Transfer your right hand from his leg to his trapped wrist, grabbing it with your thumb and fingers.
Transfer your left hand from his tricep to his trapped wrist, and lift your hips off the ground to complete the move.
