Defend the Monson Choke

Use this defensive technique when your opponent is attempting a Monson Choke from North/South position.


Grab his right triceps with your right hand, and pull down toward your feet in order to relieve pressure from your neck.


Arch your hips up, and raise your left arm to the sky.


Roll to your right, taking him with you.


You should end up in top-side North/South position.
